CA Secretary of State fee
1st document                                               $26.00

  • All documents must be complete and ready for authentication
    unless a Notary Public service is needed then that will be an
    added service before authentication with a notary fee.
  • Payment must be included with the document or paid in
    advance through paypal.
  • Mailing label for FedEx, UPS, etc., should be included unless it
    is a local pick-up/delivery.
  • Name of country for each document.

The California Secretary of State provides authentication of public
official signatures on documents to be used outside the United
States of America.  The country of destination determines whether
the authentication is an Apostille or Certification.

The documents must be current certified copies or must have been
notarized by a California Notary Public.
