Excess Mileage .75 per mile
No Show (within 1st 1/2 hour) $40.00 up-to 30 miles
$70.00 over 30 miles
No Sign (within 1st 1/2 hour) $50.00 up-to 30 miles
full fee over 30 miles
Re-Sign (partial redraw) Negotiable
Single document $50.00
If the borrower(s) decide to cancel after the signing with the Right to
Cancel the Notary will get the full fee amount
